Apart from the arrogant behaviour of staff at this totally incompetent branch, where you have to stand in a long queue every time you are to enquire about non-delivery (they never answer the contact number), I also experienced another misfortunate: I subscribed to a 'combo deal' and was promised a Samsung 32" LED TV within two to three weeks. I remained patient and waited for four weeks, then went to queue again. The original sales consultant did not work there anymore (I wonder why?) and Mr Manoek explained that they (Samsung?) did not receive my TV licence copy - 'someone' lost it. So I scanned it in at home and sent it to both MTN and Samsung. Diphapang Monethi acknowledged receipt but still nothing! I went to queue again. Manoek phoned and got hold of a Kagiso, who said my ID number missed a digit, which was corrected telephonically (TRIPLE 1 - NOT double 1) and I was promised a tracking number asap. Still nothing! Till today! An email from the illiterate Diphapang asking for the TV licence number again and the correct ID number!!! It has now been TWO months! May I opt out as MTN is now guilty of BREACH OF CONTRACT?! Also NO complaint address for MTN on the net!!!
