Waiting for handset and voucher from 18 April

I have upgraded my cellphone contract with Autopage call center on 18 April, I have still not recieved my handset and voucher untill today 03/06/13. I have called every week about this matter and have been told one story after the other including "You parcel is now with the courier and you should have it in 2 days time" and this is what I have been told for more than 4 weeks. I have also been told the parcel has been returned by the courier company because they can't find me.
