I have called the Cell C call center 3 times regarding an upgrade, and all three times got the agent to escalate the matter. The agents promised me that this would mean someone would call me to resolve the matter.

I am still waiting for the promised feedback 2 weeks later.

As a CellC client since 2005, I've spent more than R100K on CellC, but this service level I will no longer pay for!
Is someone from Vodacom, CellC, 8ta willing to take my money?
