Untouchable Vodacom

Just an update. On 2013-05-12 I received a defective phone from the Irene Mall Vodacom outlet in Centurion when I renewed and upgraded my contract. They refused to exchange it as per CPA legislation.
Today 46 days later still no phone. Numerous complaints to Vodacom, Consumer Watchdogs, Consumer Commission, no results. These people are surely untouchable.
