Unreasonable cheats

My cellphone contract came to an end in April 2013. Autopage has been debiting me even after my contract was supposed to reach its end. I have been paying their money for two years and now they want more of it even when my contract is done. They say that they cant assume my contract is ending but they neglected to inform me of this when the contract was nearing its end. Even virgin active had the decency to inform me to let me have a choice of whether keeping it or cancelling it. Now they say I'm liable to pay them R500 and odd rands for the months after my contract had ended. They have all my numbers and email address, but couldnt inform me of this!!! This is crooked behaviour and even their staff's service is ridiculously bad as they did nothing to help me understand but just treated me like I deserved this nonsense!!! No more doing business with cheats.
