I PAY FOR A SERVICE I CAN'T USE - NO RECEPTION!!!

I tried to log two calls on the Telkom Mobile Website already. One sunday morning at 06:30 and the second 3.5 hours later at 10:00. I still have no response. I have my Mobile Wi-fi now for 2.5 months and not one night could actually work from home successsfully. When I this from Woodlands Boulevard Danie guaranteed me that my area has reception by showing me the bright pink area I live in. I have not also visited various clients and same story... no reception. This is embarassing as I got this service as a perk from work, but cant use it. I not have a 2 year contract signed for somthing that is useless. I was at a client in Boksburg today, the largest private company in South Africa, and... NO RECEPTION. I need someone to sort this out as I am losing business because of the pathetic reception with Telkom Mobile. I have 20 GIG a month and up to today has used 1 GIG of probably 50GIG because I can't connect. I am sitting typing this letter at another client in Braamfontein and it is also on limited reception. I hope that this goes through when I submit. Please get back to me Telkom Mobile, you are causing my job to suffer from your poor service.
