I have had an account with MTN, since 2011 but have been using mtn sim for more than 10years, i am using a samsung and i rely on my bundles to be able to operate my phone, and to my suprise my account has been suspended because i apperently changed my debit account... The attitude I got when i called in its was super cold, advisor was even coughing without puting the phone on silent, and insteat of hearing my side of things she insistead that i changed my banking details when i got furious and explained i dont have a Capitech acc, 2 I did not call in to hange my banking details, and no one informed of such nonses no sms not even when they decided to suspend my accounts, so if i did not change my details who did? and if dont get feedback on this i am taking further steps and if needs be i will also take legal steps to make sure MTN pays for thsi and the up service they have with their on and off nertwork sysmtems i am deeply and i have always stood by MTN even when my fam and friends desliked it but i contunued supporting it, and now this happens.they must listen to that recording and fix my account asap.and i am not going to pay for any un debited premium
