Iv changed banking details for my loan with motsamai diphapha on the same day but guess what??? It was not changed. Capitec debited on the old acc. The debit returned and affecting my credit score for the home loan.

Called again to change the banking details for the multiple loan on the 23rd decth Ashley or something. Cant remember his name correctly. He confirmed that banking details has been changed and will be debiting on the new account. That was never done. Im, angry and need an explanation in this matter as well as the debit order penalty fees. SOME1 CALL ME ASAP
