DISGUSTING SERVICE - RUDE - DISHONEST - TERRIBLE

I am calling for Andrew Jacobs or Lance Gorge to resign!!! They are the manager and area manager of MTN Pavilion and are the most RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL 'managers' alive!!!

Firstly, my phone goes in for a simple 'software upgrade'; something that should be quick and easy.
3 MONTHS LATER... After going in week after week, trying to find out from SOMEONE / ANYONE where my phone is and what's taking so long and getting NO RESPONSE, I receive my phone.

Only to discover that NO SOFTWARE UPGRADE WAS DONE AT ALL! And my phone was now black listed because of someone in MTN.

The manager and area manager assured me that I will get financial compensation for my troubles and time lost, of which I have heard NOTHING from either of them.

Month passed, so I took matters into my own hands, contacted them with my issues and ANDREW said (In the most rude way possible) he cannot do anything and I am being silly.

Well, I am doing something now and I will fight all the way to the top until I am compensated in FULL for the full 3 months of troubles and until I am assured no one has to deal with that horrible person they call 'manager' ever again!

RESIGN ANDREW - YOU DISCUST ME!!!
