I have placed a complaint on 19 June 2013. Have received no response. Today is also the second of June and 8ta has not debited my account yet. I don't know what the point is of signing a contract and 8ta keeps on breaching it. The service is pathetic and i would never recommend that anyone uses any service of 8ta or Telkom. It is obvious that no one is worried about any customer service. They dont even want to assist when it comes money a customer owes them. Disgusted.
