Network shambles/coverage (costing me money)

Despite promises made by Cell C representatives no technician has contacted me as promised by Sandros or bothered to call me in over a week.

I would rather pay a few hundred rand more with another mobile company than to have to go through this excruciating experience.

Please can I have ICASA contact details in order to elevate this and cancel this contract due to minimal network coverage and breaking of contract by Cell C.
