Hi, I am a Cell C subscriber and I posted this complained several months ago;
We have extremely poor coverage in our area (Camperdown, KZN)
there several hundred cell c subscribers here. even at our local spar there is very poor reception!!
I emailed the network coverage form twice to Cell C. the 2nd time I sent it to someone called: Ruth.
it has been several months and nobody has contacted me.
I assure you that `i will be moving ALL FOUR OF MY CONTRACT LINES TO ANOTHER ISP as soon as they expire unless Cell C does something!!!
its more than frustrating, its actually depressing to keep missing calls the whole day, and to not be able to have a decent line to call anyone.
SHAME ON CELL C.
LOWER PRICES, WITH EVEN LOWER QUALITY WON'T GET YOU FAR!!!
