Dissapearing act from the system as a beneficiary

My Cell C contract expired end April, I decided not to renew. The contract was registered on my husbands name, but he works away. So I am set up on our accounts as a beneficiary in order to do querries etc. WE have set me up as a beneficiary, well a few times allready.
Cell C owes me a cancellation fee credit oustanding since April, I have phoned 2x, and I was assisted. Each time I have been holding on with my own cellphone for over half an hour each time! I phoned again today to check on the status of my logged querry, and today i am NOT on the account as a beneficiary, and they refuse to assist me. I have held on for over 45min, and was advised by the call operator that 2x separate supervisors have indicated they can't assist me in my querry, not speaking to me but advising through the operator.
This is not the first time I have magically dissapeared from their system. And each time we go through the painstaking process again of getting set up again as a beneficiary once my husband is available only...
Unacceptable, who is in charge of keeping record!
