Unlawful debiting of bank account

I went through my absa bank statement and found out i've being debited R21.00 by phonebox. I've never heard of them until today when i went through my bank statement.

I want them stop debiting my bank account, refund my money and deactivate the account that they say i have with them or else i'm going to the police to open a case of against them.
