No Service

I have zero 3G service at my home (smartphones don't operate well with EDGE) I have been to the stores a few times and always get the same response "There is 100% coverage in my area". Please feel free to get out of your ivory towers and come and see for yourself if there is coverage.

They 1st told me that I have to do a sim swap (R136.00) - still no improvement. Then they had to reset my number on the network - still no improvement. And now they just shrug their shoulders. My wife's Vodacom 3G works like a dream. I will NOT be renewing my contract (pity that I still have almost 2 years left on my contract, that I have to pay for half a service).
