No feedback 6 month to solve a problem

I have been emailing 8TA upto now still tryinmg to solve a problem about connecting my line, it is now 6 months busy with the same problem. I have been emailing and each time theres a different answer to who has to take responsibility, and evertime from 6 months back I am been told to wait 48 hours now recently it is 7 days, so I really lost faith and regret joining 8TA. Biggest mistake I ever made.
