First Month Client with Buyer's Remorse

I switched to Cell C in June 2013 after being with Autopage for 15 years. My new Samsung S4 was fine in the first week; thereafter the battery would be drained within 3 hours without it being used at all.

I reported the issue to Cell C. Despite a commitment that the phone would be collected shortly, it took a week and half. The phone has been in for repairs for 12 days now and they are still unable to tell me what's wrong with the phone.

I have not been offered a temporary phone to use in the meantime.

I have received conflicting information regarding the amount I am going to be charged (even though I have not had a phone to use at all).

When asked if I could obtain a new phone, I was told that I had to wait for the assessment of my old phone to be completed.

Where is the customer service in that?

I have had no phone to use since the 11th of June. I doubt my invoice at the end of the month will reflect that reality.

For a first month client of Cell C, I am deeply disappointed.
