No response to my problem

Numerous complaints, no positive results or response from Supplier - these are the main reasons for my writing.
Cell C has proved over the past month that they just DO NOT CARE about customer service. My problem has gotten worse to the extent where i now cannot even make a proper phone call from my home due to their POOR signal strength.
Will something be done immediately or must i just accept this poor service and move on to another service provider?
