Cell C i use to like you now i hate you

I Purchased a GIGA 200 last year December and only had problems upon problems i have full signal but cant connect they sent out a technician twice to my house which by the way took in total two months for him to arrive at my place (i have proof). my modem has been in for repairs or as they call it a software upgrade which also took a month. but i still have a great signal but either my web page hangs or don't open at all. i would really like you to look into my account and see how much of my DATA i have used and i would like you to re-imburse me with some data i can use in peak hour. i have a string of Ref no given by various people which means nothing really.
