Still paying after cancellation

I have cancelled my contract (0741292217) with Virgin Mobile some time ago, and still they take money from my bank account. I have reported this, but everytime it is just another excuse. This have been going on for several months now, and I am getting very irritated.
I want them to stop this immediately, and reimburse the money that have been taken.
