DEBITED WITHOUT SIGNED AGREEMENT & LACK OF RESPONS

Was made verbal promises, which never materialised. Found that bank account was debited for connection and set up fee without any signed contract. Sent numerous e-mails to which we have never received a response. Phoned Rhylani on 28/05/2013 Reference SW1301483. Rhylani undertook to send copy of signed agreement - nothing has materialised. We have also requested reversal of debit order and to date nothing has happened.
