My phone was over the weekend after phoning them to block the phone, they advised that I should go into their office as this would be faster to obtain a new phone, all good so we went to the head office in Midrand, after we got there the reception lady advised that we must have a seat and they will be with us shortly 2 1/2 hours later we complained only then did they adhere t our request. then they told me that there is no insurance on my phone??? I claimed for a phone on the same contract in 2011 and there was no problem they even old me that my phone is over insured (2011) after I left they called back twice once to advise that I must pay the back fall insurance and then may claim will be processed on the second call they said that sorry I receive my invoice I should have checked. now I never received an invoice I check online if there is something a miss on my accounts.
on my MTN account I canceled the contract before they delivered the data card as it took 4 weeks to be delivered all of a sudden I pay for this account when I asked about this there was a million story's so I let it slide even after getting a neo tell account due to there POOR service
this is not on!!
