Can never get hold of staff

My contract was due for an upgrade in March 2013. I was looking around for a few good deals because i realised that MTN Contract call rates are definitely the most expensive on the market. I am a client of Autopage for the past 12 years and have 2 lines with them. No one could offer me a good deal. I couldn't find any other good specials and decided to stay with Autopage. If i change to another Service Providers there will be too much hassles to port the line etc..
When i contacted the Retentions Department at the Head Office, I first spoke to Shaun on the 10th April 2013 who wasn't very helpful and decided to speak to someone else. I then phoned in and spoke to a lady by the name of May. I did the upgrade on the 23rd April 2013 and been waiting for the upgrade since. On numerous occasions i tried contacting May to find out on the progress and to no avail.
I would never recommend your company to anyone in the future.
