FAILURE to deliver on Upgrade offered telephonical

I was contacted telephonically for upgrade to be delivered. This was meant to be a convenient process but has been a Nightmare! I accepted and delivery was promised in 5 working days, confirmed delivery to work address but instead they tried to deliver at home address, eventually delivered to work.
Opened up package to find a WHITE blackberry instead of a BLACK blackberry - it was never disclosed to me it would be white. Have called at least 5 times for it to be collected and a BLACK blackberry to be delivered to me instead, no one can help me, each time I call there is no log on your system to track my request. They say it will be collected from my work address but nothing happens! Please can this be escalated to a senior person at AutoPage that can arrange that I receive my BLACK in colour blackberry as requested. I am a very unhappy customer! It would have taken a 1/2 hour in store to get an upgrade, you promise a smooth upgrade delivery process telephonically! This has taken WEEKS! If you can't delivery my BLACK in colour blackberry by 11 June 13, then as per the Consumer Protection Act I will cancel this contract and go to a provider that provides a smooth consumer process.
