WORST SUPPORT I HAVE EVER SEEN!

My cellphone have been booked in on the 22/6/13, i have phone the repair centre with my reference number like they instructed me to do they said i can call on the 28th i dod so they said they have not received the phone yet, so the lady said i should call on monday and see the status, so i did so and they still have not received my phone! i want answers or a new phone before the end of today!

This is the worst service i have ever seen!
I am still waiting on answers on my share link account as well! this is unacceptable!
