From poor service to pathetic service

I have upgraded to a Lumia 900 last year. When my phone became problematic in May I sent it in. So on the first call to hear when my phone will be ready, no-one can locate my phone. Numerous calls later I am told to please not phone them as they do not know what is going on. I received my phone on Friday 21st June, not fixed, still faulty. Upon returning the unit, they write on the jobcard that I must not phone this branch. After several more phonecalls I've been advised by another branch that I can collect my phone on Friday 28th June. With 15 plus people on staff no one can help you, when you take on their laziness you are told veryrudely this is no way to speak to people. Then they refuse to give my phone without ID docs... the past three times I have been given my phone with my account number and jobnumber quoted. The manager is arrogant and refuses to help me, how must you expect anyone in the "shop" to help you if he can't work? If he talks "smack" about you in front of you? Vodacom will not get a recommendation from me: EVER. Rude, arrogant "managers" and staff following the example.
