I am very unsatisfied with the service that I received from 8ta Cresta and Allied Mobile Communications. I sent my blackberry bold in for repairs (which cost an arm and a leg) and received it back in worse condition than it went in for and nothing was fixed.
The staff at the 8ta Cresta branch is very rude and always has a look on their face that displays none whatsoever interest in helping you with anything. You go to the shop and they want to tell you what is wrong with your phone without listening to you.
