I opend a cellphone contract in October last year and purshased a Samsung Galaxy Chat. Since January of this year my phone keeps on losing signal. When I swopped my sim card and put it in another phone it worked fine, but in the samsung i have to switch it on and off atleast every 20min. I went to vodacom and complained about this because I can't receive any calls when this happens and the only response I got was that it happens to people like me that has a cheap phone. I mean excuse me, but my phone aint cheap. Ive been going back to vodacom every month to complain about this problem and then one of the technicians told me its beacuse i have an old 32K simcard and i have to do a sim swap. I did thinking it would solve the problem and it cost me R63 which I did not really have beause im a student. The phone still loses signal every 20min. When I went back to complain they just told me again its because I have a cheap phone. Just because I can't afford a BlackBerry or SII/III/IV doesnt mean my phone is cheap. Im so tired of Vodacom treating me like Im not worth their time and telling me I have a Cheap phone. Worst service ever!!!
