My son's data was abruptly turned off today Sunday 30th June. His number is due for upgrade although the contract only expires in September. In an attempt to query why the data was switched off today I attempted to call the call centre. I was kept waiting for twenty minutes each of the three times I called until my call was answered, to be told that the computers are down because it's month end and they could not assist me. They promised to call back tonight if the computers came back online or tomorrow but I won't be holding my breath. Each of the times I have attempted to call customer care in the past week I have been made to wait so long I have given up. I think it is time to take my contracts elsewhere.
