Handset Upgrade - 3rd rate service

Wanting to upgrade my handset, I called last week to be told "The Computers are down - you must call back sometime ..."
Then today with the Vodacom website advertising upgrade call centre times of 8am to 8 pm, there is a recorded message saying they are closed "Opening hours from 7am to 7 pm" But I called at 6.50pm!
So I am asking myself if Vodacom really deserve my continued business
