I requested in store for an upgrade of which I thought I was put on the financial plan wich I requested. I get told oh no sorry you not, I mentioned that I do not work for Vodacom so o do not understand how it works and the service was just unpleasant as the two male consultants just rushed it as if the store was full and spoke to me unprofessionally. I have been with Vodacom for years and never experienced this and I'm embarrassed now as I spoke so highly of Vodacom before. So anyway I try and rectify the problem myself ans call the call centre and can you believe it, they have the wrong ID number on system. Argh! Yet all my other details are correct so ofcourse I get sent back to store of wich they tell me could take forever to rectify cause paper just by the faxmachine. Now there are those consultants that want to help and make this more bearable and positive for me but those that promise to call back and don't and those that send me back and forth are now annoying me. Do I move over to a new network or do I battle this on in hope I get my contract I initially asked for and proudly say I'm with Vodacom?
