Please tell your staff to get their stories straight and stop lying to customers. This is now my third and thankfully final contract I am terminating with VodaCON. First time I cancel one its no special instructions, the 2nd time its some BS about turning it off for 24 hours, which I did NOT do and all was well, now I get some other story that I have to turn it off for 24 hours and need to put at least R29 airtime to activate prepaid, can your staff really just stop talking to us for goodness sake.
