Consultants in Vodashop Mthatha are rude

Good day, I have been experiencing problems with the consultants at my local vodashop in Mthatha in the Eastern Cape, they have a very bad attitude towards their customers... they are constantly rude and drive customers away by doing so..i thought I was the only person experiencing this kind of problem until I heard a friend ask me if they are always like this or are they just having a bad day..i would really like for the head office to intervene because they are there to help us and not show off their attitudes especially a lady by the name of Zintle ahhh she's too much..thank you
