Paying more than I was told I would be

I am so annoyed and just not happy as there a sales consultant called Mpho who works in Pretora who helped me get the Playstation and Nokia C101 deal for R199 on an MTN Package. She is was prompt in helping me get it I guess because she knew she was going to get commission thereafter she started dragging her feet because she had the joy she wanted which is so unprofessional.

Thereafter It discovered that the deal had not yet kicked in I asked her to fix it and she promised she would but she never did, I had to call Nashua myself then the lady assisted me all was good.
Now last month I got an sms for my debit order to my surprise I am being debitted more than what I had signed up for we agreed that she should make it R50 more than what the deal was and after it exceeds that it should be softlocked so to my surprise looks like madame didnt do that because it was R400 and a couple of cents.
I dont care what happens but I am not going to pay more than what I being told so please someone please do something about it urgently.
