Nokuthula Mokwena from cell-c was simply awesome

I had a problem with my voicemail settings, I am actually good with technology, so I fiddled with my BB settings in such a way that an ordinary person won't easily understand my predicament.

I called Cell-C customer care, and was helped by Nokuthula Mokwena, who couldn't really understand my predicament from the start but was patient enough to work with me in explaining my situation, she asked the right questions, got to the bottom of my issue and provided EXCELLENT service.

She simply was awesome and helpful... AND BEST OF ALL my voice mail is working :-) YEAAAAY
