Mtn
No reception... no feeeback on query

So i decide to change networks from cell c to mtn to have better cellphone reception. Just to find out that mtn's cellphone reception is worse. I logged a query on their website which too date the did not respond to. Now I'm stuck with this contract for the next 2 years... is this going to be fixed?
