I was on MTN Top-Up contract and MTN deducted promo-fee beyond the agreed 24 moths period. I Contacted MTN and they accepted their mistake and promised to rectify the error and refund me the excess fees. At the next billing no refund was made an the promo fee was invoiced again.

I have now changed my card to prepaid and now both MTNSP and MTN Prepaid are now refusing to attend to my concern. I would be glad if this is sorted up and the money is return to my bank account.
