I place the order for ADSL line last year 2012 March and i was told after phoning that there is no infrustructure available and there is high level copper in the area that I live in however they are installing new lines and my order will be processed then, i waited and waited no feedback and i phoned to inquire, i was told the issue has been resolved and my order will be processed and waited not feedback, phoned again i was told the order is in progress, waited no feedback, inquired again and I was asked to place another order, still no feedback, phoned again and i was told why did make a new order because i was told telkom cannot and wont install the line in my house, .
I was asked to place the order again i did not but when i phone i am being played like a fool.

This is pathetic service, and inconsitency, as one minute you being told something else and next minute you told another.

Again they dont even offer an alternative way to make the customer happy, 1 customer is nothing for them.

This is pathetic service.
