REFUSAL OF CLOSING A CONTRACT BY CALL CENTRE AGENT

Once again I have encountered countless issues with Cell C "get it" service which I was advised it had been cancelled and that I will be getting a refund which takes about 2months to process but I am still commanded to pay every month the rate for a service that was cancelled and something I never asked/signed for, my cellphone has been blocked and the last consultant gave me such attitude telling me that she will not unblock my number because I owe "get it" R95.00 and I've been receiving multiple messages that I owe R70.00 and sometimes it's R91.00, I've really had enough of this contract!!
I called to cancel the 084 287 2233, spoke to several consultants and I recently received a call saying I owe this number since this account was never closed and that it takes 1 month for it to be closed, something I was never advised by any of those consultants. I've done everything from my side but your people are inefficient now I have to pay for their incompetence! I will not pay a single cent into this account and I will ask you once again to ensure that this closed, I have paid it up. I've never had such agony in just owning a cellphone contract, cellphone iphone4S never has network!
