Vodacom has failed on their promise again!!

A couple of days ago n bought a 27Mbs vodacom modem stick after spending about an hour on the phone with a IT consultant we finally got it going, the problem is I'm in a full hsdpa area and 3g etc... But I only get downloads of 48 to 68 Kbs if Im lucky. when i reported it on their website the promptly sms'ed and phoned the reference nrs. With the promise that a technician will come to my house and check if something can be done about the internet speed. Still awaiting the much anticipated visit.
I am willing to cancel both my contracts with them and will use each and every platform to advise everybody against using their services!
Even with my BIS service i'm being throttled. I'm paying for it!
THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF ID10T errors.
Don't sell data if you do not have the bandwith to back it up!

I await a call or email from a supervisor or even the M.D.
