Taking money off my account on the wrong dates!!!

My wife has a contract through Elite Mobile, however we have complained and requested they move the extra fees to the 28th or the 3rd of every month, now again it has gone through R49, R39, R29, R19 R19 and my bank has chanrged me R138 returned fees on all these amounts??? This amounts to R690 and now my account is messed up again??? I want the money reveresed and the dates changed as we have requested several times.
