POOR Coverage in Olivedale X2

I moved into our new home situated in Olivedale Randburg. I moved literally from down the road. Now, in our old house, we had lightning fast 3G coverage. Since we moved into Olivedale, the coverage has been so bad, that I have to move around when making a call as the line breaks up due to poor signal. So bad, that I have to get in my car and take a drive down the road to send a whatsapp message.
I contacted the Coverage helpdesk whereby "the consultant" logged onto the area to see if there were any issues. At first she sayd that was an error and they have resetted the tower, and that I would have to reset my phone when I get home. I have 3 different phones within the house (iPhone, Blackberry, Samsung), all on MTN, and all of them have the same issue. I did as requested when I got home only to find that nothing has changed. I then logged another call only to be told by a arrogant agent (Thembi) that there is nothing wrong. I then approached CosmoNet (Sean Coleman) who I must say has been very helpfull up to this stage and even logged a query on my behalf (Ref #:6681268). I was promissed to be contacted in 10 working days, and guess what NOTHING! 1 month ago and still waiting!!!
