WE NEED SIGNAL PLEASE

I live in Randburg area, Bromhof. My family and i are living there for 3years now and up till now WE DONT HAVE GOOD NETWORK. Our complex has even put a signal booster but it still doesnt help. We are such loyal customers, we all have Vodacom networks in the household. This is such a shame becoz you are a good company. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS... ITS SO FRUSTRATING... I have an ill Dad and its frustrating to know we dont have good network, when he needs help how will inform any1??? INcase of emergencies what will we do???...Its not like we live in the safest country!!!
