Cell C
New phone no cover!

I walk into my cell c branch baught a new phone with cool excesories and covers they did a sim swap and all that wich of caurse I had to pay for 2 weeks later I want to change my cover and find its not in the box the same place I had put my slips in so I go over to the store and they tell me the lady that was assiting me is on leave but in any case its my fault I should have handeled it myself and know where it is... REALY!!! I DIDNT EVEN TOUCH THE COVER...!!!

You would expect that a company of that caliber would at least appoligies maybe even give me a discount on their error I wasnt expecting an insult like that.

Never in my life have I even heard of something like that...
