NOTHING has been done to resolve my problem after REQ:2268528 by Mantoa. I got a call from Wanda askin 4 an english male. When I told her she had the wrong number she told me she would check. Asked her to get back to me when she finds out what the problem is since I also hve an application pending. She did & told me that it was an error but my app was incomplete & I had to hav an affidavit done & rica the sim in my name instead of my family member's. This was something I had asked about b4 i applied & Koketso (KR4883053) told me there wouldnt be issues. I called Lerato who knew nothing about it & had to follow up &told me it was the 1st time she heard about it but was true. I was previously told the system kicked the app out due to slow response by agent! I then told Lerato I didnt hv time to go to police station & prefered application for a new number. She assured me delivery on Tues 18 Jun! Thurs @13h00 she told me she was out of office on Wed but it was late for delivery since phone was out of stock but would confirm on Fri. On Fri she told me there was stock take & no delivery. I Asked her to cancel application. She told me shed confirm cancelation by email. Monday 24th she still couldnt!
