No service from MTN for ± a year now

I'm so very frustrated whilst writing this report. For? a year now there is just no MTN Network service in Standerton. I live in the Kosmos area and we have 3 Tablets on contract at MTN and 3 smart phones on contract at MTN but we cannot use our phones to make calls or use our Tablets to do anything. There is just no service in our area and a lot of time I'm alone at night when my husband has to go to work and I cannot make any calls as it simply says network not available. Not only is this bad for my safety but it is bad for my health as well as I'm a severe asthmatic and need to be able to dial out when I need help asap! I have reported this on many occassions to MTN Standerton but they say there is nothing they can do but they know MTN is working on the problem but that there are no quick fix. This is just not acceptable, paying over R3000 a month for items I cannot use, this is driving me crazy. I have been a loyal MTn supporter for? 15 years now and need to complain of the service because Mtn is not giving any service at this stage!
