Please can someone at mtn explain how it is allowed that we cannot access our emails. We run a business and have not had access to any email. How do you expect a company to run, with such poor service from a service provider. We have lost a day in business let alone trying to catch up. This is unacceptable. No notification etc. Well we have 4 contracts with MTN and a modem
. I will be moving to a new service provider when contracts are over. You have just made me choose a more efficient service provider. Two or three times a week we get calls from opposition companies. its worth a try. This is the last time.
