Still Not Resolved 7 Months and Counting

As per their usual form, I was called some 7 days after my first posting on here by this Sipho fellow. I told him my issues with the billing including the R30k data bill I mysteriously received [as I was off data roaming] and the debit order they seem to have 'misplaced'. As per their ususal nonsense, he told me that he would get righ back to me. I'm still waiting. My only option now is to report this the CPC and institute legal proceedings for the 'missing' money. They still refuse to help me. The computer says this so it must be true - do some actual work Nashua Mobile.
