I have been trying for well over two years to get an answer on the cards listed below

gift 5267220040693757 exp 12/11
incentive 5267220068004655 exp 06/15
my queries were started before the expiry dates by phone & also at Altech Autopage stores, but despite this running around & i'll get back to you, i have had no response.
my query was that i could not use the cards as they were not activated, but despite calls from the shop nobody could help sort the problem out.
