Thank you for showing me how much 16 years of loyalty really means to you. I really appreciate it.
For 189 months I have paid my bill without a problem. In August 2013 I wasn't ABLE to afford ONE month of 189 months and you suspend my contract. That is after your UNHELPFUL accounts staff told me that I am NOT ALLOWED to make a payment arrangement. Really???
Did you even want to know why? Do you care?
Let me put it to you like this... I am one of few. If I cannot pay something, I do not or avoid anyone. I was honest and told the lady that I will not be able to pay, that I would like to make a payment arrangement and that I would be able to settle both months bills at the end of August. I kept my word. My account is up to date. However, my phone is still suspended on the 3rd of September when you took your money on 3 days ago.
Fortunately for me my contract expires in 2 months time. I guess you have just lost another customer. Kiss an average spend of R2, 200/month (R26, 000 annually) goodbye.
Note:
Migrate my package down to the lowest package until my contract ends.
Credit me 14days of my contract.
Cancel my line effective the expiry date in October 201
